Thanks for the tip! I have never quite perfected chocolate souffle but hopefully I will now.
I have a question!
I just made this recipe. They are in the freezer now. I am baking them tomorrow.
I have 8 (8oz ramekins full).
I want to cook only 4 of them tomorrow.
Is the time and temperature the same for cooking 4 as it is for 8?
400 degree Fahrenheit for 25 minutes?
What do you think?
