TV Day 11: Monkey Cake?

Bridget made Coconut Cake this AM — did you know that “COCO” means “Monkey Face” since coconuts with the indentations look a bit like a monkey? Shredded coconut was invented by Franklin Baker in 1895 when he received a shipment of coconuts in lieu of payment for some of his flour (he was a miller). As a result, he invented a machine that flaked coconut and then sold it to home cooks — it was a hit.

Stephen handles the "wide shot" camera, the one I speak to during filming.

Here I am showing off a "Monkey Face" to Bridget. Mirror, Mirror On The Wall?
