Day 7: Whatta Ciabbatta!

Started early AM with Thai Pork Lettuce Wraps and then onto Better Baked Ziti, Oven Roasted Salmon, Ciabatta, and Glazed Roast Chicken. Bridget enjoyed talking about “airholes” in the ciabatta (referring to me I think) and pop quizzes from director on who was featured on the $1,000, $5,000 and $100,000 bills. (Did you know that there used to be a $100,000 bill?)

  1. It’s kind of hilarious that you have a test kitchen employee named Herb.
