Day 4: Going Up in Flames

Today was our outside grilling day and the gas grill got so hot that it torched Julia’s wad of oil-soaked paper towels — much like trying to blow out a birthday cake. Grilled boneless turkey breast, salmon, Italian-style chicken under a brick, Mexican street corn, and grilled stuffed flank steak. Gorgeous day in Boston — 60 degrees and sunny. Beats working.
