Day 3: Doing it in a Beret

First week of filming almost over: Today we made Chocolate Cookies, Thin and Crisp Oatmeal Cookies, Best Pumpkin Pie, Easy French Fries (we start them in COLD oil; recipe idea thanks to Joel Robuchon), Shrimp Tempura (all about gluten), and Sables, the French butter cookie. Another silly hat day — a beret this time — which our director seems to enjoy. Bridget at her best (much off the record) and Julia in fine form as well. ATK on-set Trivia Challenge started today: Which 4 European countries drive on the left?

  1. Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales! (Unless you consider England, Scotland, and Wales to be part of the same country…)

The beret does suit you, Chris – much better than the wig.

  2. United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta.

    That’s my final answer!!

I’m really wondering if this is where I should answer your question…. Chris; I’m looking forward to your next series – Thanks.
