Day One: Blood on the Floor?

First day was long, Julia experienced a very minor cut (hardly a drop of blood), the Sunday Gravy was delicious as was the Chicken Noodle Soup (too few noodles!) and don’t forget the Garlic Shrimp Pasta (spicy), Maple Glazed Pork Loin and the Fresh Berry Gratin (zabaglione topping). Meanwhile, Lisa started testing expensive chef”s knives and the Kramer Santoku passed the first round nicely but there is plenty of other competition. Here are a few photos from the first day.
