Loading In — The Day Before

Load in finishes today with lights set, the control room set up, the test kitchen dressed, sound checked, cameras synced and white balanced, etc. We bring a dozen key people for the crew plus another 25 of our staff work on the show, in front or behind the scenes. The back kitchen starts prepping some of the food that will be cooked live on set tomorrow.
